I am a Zairean citizen, son of the former Zaire president MOBUTU SESE SEKO
who was overthrown by the rebels he gave me the sum of UA$12.5M in cash
from part of the money he acquired through diamond sales when he was in
power as president of Zaire for about 32 years He gave me this money
(US$12.5M) immediately the rebels overthrew him to run for my dear life to
start a new life in any part of the world apart from Africa.
I was able to move this money in a package consignment through a special
arrangement with a security company to NIGERIA where I was only given
temporary asylum in Africa I do not want to invest this money in Nigeria
here due to unfavorable political and Economic climate, hence I kept the
money in a secret vault with a security company in Nigeria so that I cannot
lay my hands on the money until it get to the country abroad where I would
like to commence investment.
I am soliciting your assistance as an honest and trustworthy foreign partner
to kindly assist me to claim this money on my behalf from the security company
on arrival you shall be entitled to 20% of the total sum for your assistance,
10% of the total sum has been earmarked for all expenses venture in your
country, as my foreign partner, most importantly I want an accommodation in
a hotel to accommodate me and my entire family for a while to enable you
negotiate for a permanent family house to buy, I will like to use this
